Hollingsworth Pack Low-Carbon Design Guidelines

We are delighted to see Loraloma’s sustainability efforts celebrated. Our building consultant, Hollingsworth Pack, a signatory member of the SE2050 agreement (one of 159 U.S. firms committed to reducing and ultimately eliminating embodied carbon in projects by 2050), performed a comprehensive carbon analysis of our project. They crafted guidelines for contractors, specifying low-emission materials to ensure minimal carbon output. Loraloma was their first project to successfully apply low-carbon strategies throughout the design process.
